Fire and passion...

After the holidays and especially the Chapel retreat, I've found the passion again to do my best for God. Over the past few months, I felt that I was slowly drying up. With so much homework.. not that much actually, with school activities, tuition, duties and a very routine life. It's like school, tuition, homework and studies (though I rarely study).

Life was very hectic and everything seemed so routine. As days past, the fire seem to have slowly died out..

Anyway.. I've now found the fire and passion again. However, I'll have to keep a close walk with the Lord to ensure that this fire will not die out again but instead keep the fire burning.

As STPM trials approaches, the stress and heat is up. Without Him, I'm not sure how I'll be able to continue journey. He is my source of hope, my source of strength.. is Christ alone.

School life..

I'm back to school after 2 weeks of holiday. The holiday was neither too long nor too short, or maybe, a lil' too short.

I'm back to school. It's the first Chapel today this school term together with the Lower 6. There were a handful of them. I remembered when I was in Lower 6, I was so exited that there was Chapel Service. It is so beautiful. It is indeed a time for us to quiet down our heart despite the busy school life a reflect on whether we have been focusing on the right things throughout the school week.

The Lower 6s' just started their orientation. Some have got their personal seniors signatures but some are still yet to start.

Have fun Lower 6s'.. Enjoy your Form 6 life in MBS..

Left and Right Brain Equal..

I just did a test on which side of my brain is more dominant and this is the result..

You use both sides equally.

Right brain individual: Right brain individuals are intuitive, creative and imaginative. They are flexible and are concerned with the bigger picture rather than details. They are impulsive and spontaneous and do not like time limits. They have difficulty explaining ideas verbally and prefer illustrations to verbal instructions. Careers: Architects, Artists, Salespeople, Psychiatrists, Musicians, Politicians, Teachers. (Interpersonal, Emotional, Musical, Spiritual, Talker.) Left brain individuals are analytical, articulate and to the point. They like identifying details and are more logical than intuitive. Left brained people have good communication and persuasion skills. Careers: Engineers, Systems Analysts, Technicians, Accountants, Librarians. (Administration, Conservative, Organization, Planner, Structure.)

TRY doing this

My apple pie

I learned how to make Short crust pastry yesterday.. It's half fat to flour. plus egg, cold water, sugar and salt... Then u knead, knead and knead.. but not too much. Don't handle the flour too much or else it'll turn 'rubbery' when it's baked...

Here's the recipe:
Ingredients - For dough
  • 1 egg
  • 2 bowls of all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda/Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbs Icing sugar
  • Cold water to bind the flour
  • 1/2 bowl shortening
  • 1/2 bowl butter/margarine
Method:
  1. Sieve together flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt and icing sugar.
  2. Add in shortening and butter.
  3. Use a butter knife to cut fat into small pieces to blend with the flour until it resembles fine bread crumbs.
  4. Add in the egg yolk only.
  5. Add in cold water a little at a time to bind the flour together using hands.
  6. The dough is ready when it does not stick to the sides of the bowl and your hands.
  7. Now, knead the dough with the palm of your hands.
  8. Roll the dough with a rolling pin and place it into a pan.
  9. Done.
  10. Pre- bake the dough for 5 mins at 150

Sieved flour and fat.

Fine bread crumbs...

Add in egg yolk followed by cold water and bind it together; then knead

The dough is ready

pictures taken fr:http://www.pastrywiz.com/cakes/piedough.htm

THE DOUGH IS NOW READY.... YEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH......

Ingredients - Filling
  • 6 Granny Smith green apples
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 bowl raisins
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tbs soft brown sugar
Method
  1. Peel and grate the apple
  2. Add in the lemon juice, the raisins and the sugar.
  3. Sprinkle the cinnamon onto the mixture and mix it thoroughly
  4. Done
Then,
  1. Add the filling into the dough and baked for 15-20 mins.
  2. Keep an eye to make sure you don't get a burnt offering.. Hahahahahahhahahahahaha.
With the short crust pastry ready, my mom and I made the apple pie filling.. Yum, yum...

While pre- baking the pastry, I made pop corn. Cinnamon popcorn to be exact, it was not bad. Lite 'n' sweet popcorn with a slight cinnamon taste.

Took pictures of the pastry and popcorn.. Will upload it later..

Dinner...

Had dinner at a restaurant called the Golden Triangle yesterday.. The food there was not bad, spicy but not spicy enough. Overall, it was nice, especially the environment and interior design was good.

My cousin and his new toy..

My cousin WK just got a new toy yesterday.. Yeh!! *clap* *clap* It's a Yoga Ball.....

He did all sorts of exercise with the ball. The exercises look simply for it's not easy. Hey, I actually took some picture of him with the Yoga Ball but I promised him that I'll not post them, so too bad....

Haiz...

The second week of the school holidays has just begun. I'm learning to play the song "To Zarnakand" in Final Fantasy on the piano.

Yesterday, my cousins and I went for a movie entitled "Night At the Museum 2". It was ok, not bad, funny. I'm waiting for the new Harry Potter to be out in the cinema.

........................................................................................................................................................................................................................... don't know what to blog about la...

Tomorrow. Tomorrow perhaps I'll have some ideas..

A long long day..

Dinner was awesome yesterday..

Petai Sambal with Prawn, my favourite dish

I woke up at 6.15 am today because we needed to send my cousin, WK to his SAT at KDU, Penang. We actually reached quite early, about 7.15 and the exam only starts at 8am.

After dropping him off and settling him down, we went to Bali Hai to eat 'dim sum' for breakfast. The 'dim sum' there was good. Shortly after that, we came back to fetch my other cousin WL to KDU also for his Anime gathering.

I can tell that WL is really into it. He stayed up till 2.00am something to complete his sword. Salute him for that, for his determination. He said he was going to play something like Amazing Race at the anime gathering.

Well, I personally am not into anime. No offense, but I think some of the anime are quite evil, but it also depends on how you look at it. Later while waiting for my cousin to finish his SAT exam, my mom and I sat at the lobby to observe those people who dress up like anime characters.

As I observed, what crossed my mind was this. These people are trying so hard to dress up to be someone their not. Anime is a world of fantasy, and these people trying so hard to be someone their not because they are so influenced by them. I was thinking, would these people try too hard and end up being confused between reality and fantasy? Of course, not all are like that. Some just like it because of it's graphics or just for the fun. So I think that it's really important that we are able to find a balance between it.

Well, anime aside, after dropping WL of, we went to Gurney Plaza. There we went to Jurin for lunch. It's a Japanese Restaurant. I ate Unagi Stone bowl, my mom and aunt both ate tepanyyaki seafood combo and venison respectively, while WK ate cold soba.

My cousin looking half dead after his SAT during lunch

The chopstick at the restaurant

After lunch we went to Cold Storage. Later when we were on our way home, WL called and said that he'll be done in 45mins, so we detoured and went to Coffee Bean. After 50 mins, when we wanted to fetch him, he called to say that he wanted to join another anime competition. So we decided to come home first. We reached home at about 5.45pm. That's almost 12 hours out.

It's quite a long day but not that long also because I've been out for longer hours... Well, this sentence makes no sense does it? It's was a long day but not that long???

*clap* *clap* Had Sambal petai with prawn and sotong again for dinner today..

I can't belileve that I'm Actually writing this

I want to go back to school.. I miss school.. I miss my friends..

During the mid-year exams, I was longing for the holidays, but now when I'm in the midst of the holidays, I want to go back to school.

Oh ya, I read all the comments posted in facebook about the Chapel Retreat, looks like everyone did learned something.

Are we really having another one after STPM in December? I don't mind, I really looking forward to it actually if there's going to be one.

NUBE was a really nice place. I don't mind going there again for the next camp..

Hey, is Chapel going to have another retreat next year? Can I join? Will I be over aged??

Just Random..

Just the other day, my mom and I went to Great Eastern Mall to run some errands. Upon reaching, we needed to photostat something. So we went to LG(Lower Ground),they had a booth there, however the were out of paper.

Well, too bad then I thought. So I went up to 3rd floor, a computer shop. I went in but there was no one there. The shop was left there without anyone and with all those computer gadgets, laptops...

I was like wow.. The owner just left these things here????

I waited for about 5 minutes but no one turned up.

After that, I saw a name card on the counter and I decided to call the person.

Me: Hello, is this Mr Leaw.
Mr. L : Ya..
Me: I'm at your computer shop here at Ampang, but no one is here.
Mr. L: Are you sure? There should be a Malay girl there..
Me: I really sorry, but I don't see anyone. I was here waiting for the past 5 minutes.
Mr. L: 5 MINUTES!!!! Ok, ok... I'm so sorry. I try to get her.
Me: Ok. Thanks. I called you because I saw your name card at the counter so I thought you would be the one in charge.
Mr.L: Ok.. Thanks. I so sorry.
Me: Thanks. Bye
Mr. L: Bye.
I was at the shop for over 5 minutes actually, but no one was there. But later the girl turned up, and the photostat cost RM 1, only two sheets of paper. Black and white.

Whatever, the conclusion is I got my things done..

Emo-ing... after camp

I miss camp. I really had a wonderful time there... the sessions, the fellowship, the games, the group discussion...

Never mind, even I myself too don't understand. I just feel that I've learned so much at camp.. but there is still so.. so... much to be learned and I can't wait to learn them all..

But then again.. Humans can never ever learn everything about themselves what more to know everything about God. There's so much to be discovered about oneself and about God.

I just hope that God will reveal Himself to me according to His will and time.. I too hope to discover more about myself..

Chapel Retreat cum Leadership Camp

Chapel Retreat cum Leadership Camp

29th May 09 - 31 st May 09

At N.U.B.E. Port Dickson

Matthew 16:24-25
24Then Jesus said to his disciples, "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. 25For whoever wants to save his life[a] will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will find it.

Can you imagine this, yesterday after camp, i was so tired. But I somehow had enough strength to do my quiet time and this was the verse for the devotion. I just returned from camp on how we should listen for God's calling and seek His will, and this was the verse God gave to me. I totally know that this is no coincidence, it is God reminding me about what I've learned at camp.

I shared at camp during the reflection time on how reluctant was I when I first knew there was this Chapel Retreat, but truly, 100% no regrets attending it. THANK YOU TEACHERS for your dedication, love and time in making this camp a success.

When we received the schedule for the camp, I was like WHAT!!!! Devotion at 7.00am, which means waking up at 6.30 am, ok..ok.. that's still fine, I wake up at 5.45am during school days, so shouldn't be much of a problem, then breakfast followed by session, the morning tea, then session again, then lunch, then SESSION, then afternoon tea, the session, next is bath and dinner, then session.. I was like. Ok, It's totally and completely going to be a stressful camp.

Anyway, on the second day, surprisingly, it's wasn't that stressful after all but tiring because we slept at 2am something the night before. Later that evening, we had games. We played Captain Ball by the beach. So cool.. But a few of us had a very "memories", Joyce had a ball flying straight into her face, Deborah had two blue blacks on the legs and I had a elbow tackle on my head. Hahha.. But overall it was really fun and all of us had a good time together, and really lovely memories.

On to the sessions..

The sessions were all very good. All of them impacted me in different way. Do you know how great is our God? His greatness is far beyond the comprehension of the human mind.. With the same message and words spoken during the sessions, each and every individual is impacted and touched in different ways according to God's will. We were very privileged to have so many facilitators to speak to us which enable us to learn different thing from each of their experience. The was a session on Career by Daniel Tan, it was very informative and funny, really learned some new from there. There was the X generation by Mrs Ng who showed a video clip which also impacted me, it made me reflected and was really a wake up call from God to me to come out of my comfort zone, there were sessions by Mrs Low on how real our God can be in our life, and also Chaplain Sally. Her session were also very good and there was lots of hidden meaning behind those words that she spoke waiting for us to slowly analyse and digest those message.

Oh ya, we also did a temperament test, which was good as it helped us to discover our self and to maximize our strength and overcome our weaknesses for the Lord. Besides that, I also had a good time with my friends, all of them were truly a blessing to me. I was able to different things from each of them. I was also able to mend a relationship with a friend whom I found out was a lovely person. I guess it was also God's will for me to attend this camp to repair this relationship besides learning lots more of other stuff.

Sweet memories..

We sang a beautiful hymn during the camp entitled "How Great Thou Art" . Had an really good fellowship. There was a debate on "Are leaders made or borned?" .... N.U.B.E. was also a beautiful place, very serene and realxing. Nice place to have a camp.... and many many other priceless and precious lessons learned..

In the bus..

When we were leaving KL to N.U.B.E, everyone was like full of energy, chatting and laughing away. But on the way back, it was quiet. Everyone, well, most of us were flat. TIRED and really low battery.... I too slept throughout the journey.

CHAPEL RETREAT ROCKS!!!

I truly feel like attending it again next year if there is, but I'm not sure whether I'll be over aged. There is still so much more to learn...

THANK YOU TEACHERS, THANK YOU GOD..

PRAISE GOD THAT THE CAMP WAS A SUCCESS...

Test is over, holidays at last..but the nightmare is still yet to come

Ujian selaras is finally over... It was just a monthly test.. So what's the big deal right? The big deal is that it involves both lower and upper 6 work.. Ok ok, compared to STPM it's nothing..

Argh.. Whatever, the most important thing is STPM.

Yesterday I attended my cousin's concert. He was playing the clarinet. The concert was held to celebrate St. Patrick's day, where everyone wears green. I remembered my cousin when he just started with his clarinet last year, he knew nothing about it, and now, he's playing in the junior band..

Today is already Wednesday, half of the holiday is over.. Time really flies.

What shall I blog about ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Hmm... brain juice, brain juice... No more, all used up for math. Need to make new brain juice.. Hahha

Let's see... no inspiration yet, till then when I have some brain juice...

Mixture.. Happy, Stress, .....

Should I be happy? Should I be worried and stressed up?

Exam is in two weeks time.. It's sort of like a count down kind of thing. Haiz... Exam seem to be drawing nearer, but, I don't seemed prepared. I went for my first Accounts tuition yesterday, it was from 9.30 am to 12.30am. 3 hours accounts, I thought it'll be dreadful however it turned out fine. I went bowling with my cousins and aunt yesterday night. We played bowling for an hour that is from 11.00pm to 12.00am. Great right looking at the fact that I'm seating for my STPM this year and March test is in two weeks time. Anyway, I had a good time. I did improved compared to the last few times. I had a couple of strikes and spares. Yeh... Happy about that.

I had a really scary dream this morning. I dreamt that I was in school but not in my school MBS, it somehow looked different. School was on as usual, then suddenly there was an emergency announcement asking us to evacuate the building immediately. Reason being that there were insane people on school grounds. It was so scary. Then my class, we evacuated from the back gate leading towards the police station. Lolz.. That place seemed very familiar, I know I've been to that school, but I don't remember where. Well, let's forget about it.

My cousin Wk is sick. He is down with a sore throat. He had a nose bleed just now in the afternoon before lunch. Pity him.. I never had a nose bleed before but I would not want to experience one..

I did up the Chapel blog a bit need to figure out how to change the skin and header picture. Manage to change the header picture but didn't look nice, need to get some advice from my friends. I still have lots of things to do. Haiz.. Just thinking about it make me tired and stress up.

Random...

The Chinese New Year Hols is coming to an end. After this hols, it'll be a long long time before the next hols. Anyway, for this year, I don't think there'll be any real hols because I'll be sitting for my MUET in May and STPM in Nov. The definition of real holiday is that one that you can really relax not having to worry about anything. OK, not having to worry about anything is technically impossible, maybe not having to worry about a major exam will be more accurate.

I'm still in PD. We were actually supposed to go back to KL on Wednesday then go to Penang that very same day. We extended our stay in PD. I'm starting to enjoy it here at PD. It's very quiet and serene here in PD, away from the fast paced, hectic and stressful life of KL. It's actually quite a nice place to relax. But, I don't think I'll like it that much as to stay here and study here in PD. It'll be very boring. No MidValley, no cinema and limited choice of food. Food shouldn't be much of a problem, but PD is rather secluded from the rest of the world. WOW... Ok that's a nicer way to say that it'll rather back dated compared to KL. Oh ya, and one thing I don't like about PD is that there are thousands of types of bugs. Yikes.... All those crawly crawly six leggged and eight legged creatures. I thnks my U6K friend will like it here. I just saw a gigantic grasshopper the other day. I remembered they were looking for grasshoppers. There was also an Iguana outside the house a few days ago. There's no way I going near those creatures. Hahha.... But I think when I'm fored to catch those creatures for project, I'll have to do it. Good news for me, I'm in the Art stream, no need to catch bugs.

I had a dream this morning. I dreamt about school. Lolz. i think I miss school. Argh... what a statement. One one hand I hope that school will start soon, on the other hand, I want longer holidays. Haih... I dreamt that it was house practice on that day. During normal school days, I dread to go foro house practiice as the sun is blazing hot during the practice. Now, during CNY, I dreamt that I went for house practice. NO... what's wrong with me. I think I miss school, actually I miss certain lessons. Lessons like MUET, Maths, Pengajian Am and Economics. But the best is Chapel, I miss Chapel.

I still haven't upload the Chapel blog. I think the teacher is going to slaughter me. Hahha... Unfortunately, I thought that I'll be able to go home on Wednesday, grab the Chapel file and do it in Penang as the PC there is much faster(the internet speed) compared to PD. Besides, I didn't bring the Chapel file back to PD as I didn't know that my uncle's laptop had wireless connection here in PD. I still have lots of thing to do that I've put on hold. Procrestination.... Not a good habit.

Things to do:
  • Upload the Chapel blog
  • Decorate the Chapel Board
  • Catch up with my studies
  • Prepare for my MUET
  • Do more revision excercises especially for Maths, Accounts and Economics
  • Memorize my PA and PP
  • Read more for General knowledge

Thing I want to acchive (short term) :

  • Get A for PP, PA, and Economics in this coming ujian selaras
  • Get B for maths
  • Pass my accounts

Things I want to acchieve ( long term):

  • Get at least 4As' in my STPM because my mom promised me a laptop if I do so
  • Get at least Band 5 for MUET
  • Continue to live a life that glorifies God's name
  • Continue to grow and walk in faith
  • Seek God's will in my life

Second night at Post Dickson.

It's the reunion dinner. I helped my mom to cook the dinner. I fried the bayam. Unfortunately it turned out to be crispy. Ha ha.... Later mom poured some water into it and boil it for a while and it turned out ok. Looks like I need to learn how to fry bayam as it's different from other vege. The last time I fried the Japanese Sawi it turned out awesome but not this time. Haiz.... I also help mom to de-shell the prawns for the tomytom yam soup. The soup was great and very spicy(8 chilli padis in it). There was curry chicken, mixed vege, egg, and soup(sai yong choy).

Later after the dinner, I ate honeydew. It was as sweet as sugar and very juicy too. It's still very quiet here. My cousins have arrived from KL. The youngest boy just stopped playing the PS 2. Ya.. It's a he. He started playing the moment he arrived till now. My two elder cousins are playing cards with their parents. My mom and uncle have gone upstairs to sleep. It's CNY eve, and everything is so quiet. No sound of fire cracker yet. Though it'll quiet over here, I do feel lucky that I'm at home rather then to be far far away alone by myself. It'll be quieter and lonelier.

Hey wait.. I now hear some firecracker... Pop poppop pop... But it seems very very far away. It stopped. Too far away perhaps.

Well well... Happy Chinese New Year Wei Loon. I'll make kuih bangkit for you when you're back in May. All the best in this new year. May God's love, blessing and guidance be upon you always.

Second day in Port Dickson...

As you can see, it's quite boring around here in PD. I actually can find the time to blog everyday. OK... I'm not supposed to be this free. But why???? Erm.. Let me think. Hmm.. I know I've something important on this year. What was it again, erm... Oh ya! STPM. LOL. Okok... I didn't actually forget, I just wanted to make it sounds like it.

My cousins, nephews and nieces aren't back yet. TWK is in Pasir Panjang. He'll be coming over soon. 30 to 45 minutes it seems, but I sure it's going to take at least 1 hour. 15 for him to get ready, 30 minutes to find an excuse to get out and 15 to travel.

It's rather quiet here in this big banglow. It's old, but rather windy and it gives you a very relaxing feeling. Just opposite the bunglow are trees, trees and more trees. Very very green indeed. I brought books back to study, but I have to actually find the time, ok I've loads of time, I've to find the will power to walk up those stairs, go to my room, open the cupboard, get my books' carry it to the table, open my books, get my pencil box, get my calculator, sit down, start my brain, and study. LOLZ. That's a really really long process. Lots and lots of will power needed.

It's all soon be over. It's all soon be over. Yup.. That's what I said in my previous post, but how will it end. Will it be a happy ending or a sad one?? I want it to be a happpy one. So, looks like I'll really have to gather all those will power and seek for God's help.

I'm playing online chess with the comp as I'm writing this post. Lol. I can't believe I'm actually doing that. I think I want to make Kuih Bangkit later if my uncle can get Aero root flour from PD town. Besides that, I hope that I can find sometime to go to the beach with WK. Wait...The sun is blazing, and I'll get sun burn. I'm already tanned because of the weekly sport house practice, but I really want to go. Argh.. Whatever, we'll see when the time comes.

Mom is making chocolate cake in the kitchen. I can hear the sound of the cake mixer. Spinning and spinning and spinning and..................... it goes on and on and on......

Back In Port Dickson

I just arrived Port Dickson at the Taman TKK house a couple of hours ago. 10 minutes later my cousins arrived from Penang. After we arrived from Kuala Lumpur, my mom cooked dinner. We had a simple but delicious dinner. We had prawns, fish, roasted pork(siew yok) and beans.

After dinner, my cousins went back to Pasir Pajang, not very far from the Taman TKK house actually. The house is rather empty and quiet. It's very different from KL. Everything here seems to move so slowly. The pace of life over here is so slow. Even the clock seems to move slower compared to KL. Well, although that's not quite possible but it does seems to move slower. After i finished my dinner, taken my bath, it was only 9.00pm.

The water here is super yellow. In fact, it's almost brown. I think it's because we only come back during Chinese New Year. It's actually quite fun to come back here once in a while. To take a break from the hectic and fast paced lifestyle in Kuala Lumpur, but I think if i were to stay here for long, i mean like really really long a year perhaps, I maybe bored of the slow paced lifestyle here. After 6pm, everything is quiet here. All the shops are closed. Unlike KL where it's always busy.

Anyway, I don't think I'll be able to really play and relax this CNY because my test is in early March. Even if it was not for the test, I still have mt MUET in May and STPM in November. Haiz... It's going to be a really hectic and tiring year. Well, it'll all soon be over.

First Chapel service and house practice of the year...

Wow..... It's a long long day today. It's Wednesday(14/01/09) today, first Chapel of the year. Yeh... *clap* *clap* The theme for this year is Living For Jesus and of course the theme song is "Living for Jesus".

Living for Jesus a life that is true;
striving to please him in all that I do,
yielding allegiance, gladhearted and free,
this is the pathway of blessing for me.

Refrain:
O Jesus, Lord and Savior, I give myself to thee;
for thou, in thy atonement, didst give thyself for me;
I own no other master, my heart shall be thy throne,
My life I give, henceforth to live,
O Christ for thee alone.

As I sang this song, I wondered whether have I been living a life that glorifies God's name for the pass year. Well, yes and no, I guess. However, I still feel that I'm still so helpless at times. I know that I suppose to do something but yet I don't do it or I'm not suppose to it and yet I do it. I really need God's help to live for Jesus this year. I hope that I'll be a better testimony this year.

The message today awesome. The congregation was so quite today. They were all paying attention to the speaker. I hope that in weeks to come, they would be just as quite so that they could really understand the purpose of Chapel and treasure the privilege given to them.

House practice started at 3.00pm and ended at 4.30pm today. The sun was blazing. My cheeks were chili red and hot. I think that the waether was so hot that I could have fried on egg on the terrace. We had 100 meters and 400 meters run. We had to run round the field trice. Once for warm up, twice for choosing runners for sports day. Haha.. It is the first time I went to the far end of the field. We had to sit on the grass too. It's has been a long long time since I had house practice. Haiz.... Fortunately I did not have Detention Class Duty today. If not. school will be out at 1.55pm, duty starts at 2.00pm and ends at 2.45pm. House practice is at 3.oopm. It's definitely going to be a long and stressful day. Anyway, my DC duty is on a Wednesday, so I would surely have a chance to experience this long , stressful and awesome day. Lolz....

Time flies....

It was only 05.01.09 just the other day, the first day of school and now it's 09.01.09 already. A week has just gone by so quickly. Looking at how time just goes by so quickly is really scary. Before I know it, when I wake up in the morning, it'l be the first day of STPM.

Things that I want to acchive this year:
  • Get A for Pengajian Perniagaan, Ekonomi, Pengajian Am
  • Continue to grow and walk in faith
  • Try to get A for my Math
  • Get at least Band 5 for MUET
  • Get at least 3As' for my Ujian pertama

CF was great. It's the first CF this year after a long long break. We played gurdian angel. Ha ha...

Christmas Party

Christmas was awesome. I celebrated Christmas in Penang. We had a BBQ Christmas party for my cousin who just returned from the US on the 23th Dec 08.

My mom spent the whole day in the kitchen preparing the food foe the BBQ. There were ikan bakar, lamb, cocktails, fish ball baked cheese potatoes and chicken wings. Besides that, my aunt ordered friend noodles and some vege from the restaurant.

I helped my mom out in the kitchen. I helped her cooked the sambal for the ikan bakar, under her supervision of course. Ha ha... : ) The ikan bakar turned out to be awesome. Clap clap... The thought of it makes my hungry.

My uncle too just came back from Vietnam. He helped started the fire for the BBQ while my mom prepared the food. He initially cooked the food on the BBQ pit for my cousins and his friends. Later when mom was done in the kitchen, she came and cook the food.

I also invited Laura che and her family for the party. She brought baby Jo jo along. He was so adorable. He really loved the watermelon. Ha ha.. Most children do. He also played with the swing that was in my aunt's house. You should hav seen him when he smiles, he's just so adorable. Laura che is growing prettier by the day. I guess Alan koko takes really good care of her. Ha ha.... Later I played Wii with Jo jo. I was glad that he enjoyed it.

Later we celebrated Wei Loon's homecoming and birthday. His reaction was like: " Hey, my birthday is two months ago." But he was in US back then. So I guess it's a belated birthday cake cum homecoming and christmas. Wow... 3 in 1, just like Nescafe 3 in1.

After everything was over and by the time my mom, my aunt and I cleaned up it was about 2.30am in the morning.

It's was really long and tiring day.
